| From fresh and clean to colorful and glamorous, Jofia uses her makeup artistry and hair styling to clean, primp and sculpt the beauties that parade the streets of New York City. Jofia stepped into New York City's fashion world in 2005 and immediately landed a job with David LaChapelle's photography protégé, Robert Bella Hernandez. As a published makeup artist, Jofia is continually booked on many portrait, fashion and commercial print assignments in NYC. Jofia equally is a master of her craft in the theatre, having collaborated with award-winning choreographers Christopher Liddell and Matt Williams. On Broadway, Jofia has done wigs and make up for Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake. In addition she is the Key Hair and Make-Up Designer of "Le Troupe Liddell!" A Dance company for Stage and Film. She is also highly sought after for TV, music videos, and live performances. Jofia has worked with people such as, DJ XRA, Author Babe Scott, Actress Bree Williamson and Actress Kelly Rutherford. Jofia pours her many years experience in modeling, acting and dance into coaching new talent in beauty, posing, runway and more. |
